SEXUALITY SPACE
your identity. your journey. therapy that understands.
WELCOME
I understand the courage it takes to seek help, and I'm here to support you as you take your first steps into therapy.
My practice offers a non-judgmental and supportive space for everyone, where all lifestyles, identities, and orientations are affirmed and embraced.
I offer therapy which is responsive to your unique experiences and needs. My approach is rooted in the belief that sexuality and relationship dynamics are central to everyone's identity, shaping our interactions with the world and ourselves.
Whatever you may be facing, you will find understanding and acceptance here. For example, you may be exploring or navigating your LGBTQIA+ identity, BDSM/kink dynamics, multi-partner relationships like polyamory or non-monogamy, engaging in sex work or facing societal expectations around heteronormativity—including pressures related to marriage, children, family structures, and cohabitation.
I work online with clients worldwide and in person in London, UK.
Welcome to a therapeutic environment where every aspect of your identity is understood, deeply valued, and celebrated.
HOW i can help you
-
Are you feeling overwhelmed, not in a good place, or need a space to be heard? Are you feeling trapped or unfulfilled, or do you need somebody to talk to? If you are new to therapy, I know how nervous you probably feel.
Here, you'll find a like-minded therapist dedicated to offering the mental health support you deserve. My mission is to create a welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can feel fully understood and supported.
With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I am here to help you navigate your journey and support you at every step.
-
If you're experiencing shame or unease around your sexuality or gender identity - or indeed any area of your life - know that you're in a place free of judgment, no matter your journey.
Together, we'll work towards understanding and accepting your authentic self. Through therapy, we'll tackle feelings of shame, anxiety, and depression, empowering you to celebrate and embrace who you truly are.
-
Whether you identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, queer, questioning, polyamorous, into kink, ace, or anywhere else on the spectrum, this is your space to figure out, connect, or allow a voice for your sexual identity.
I know that each individual’s journey with their sexual identity is complex and sometimes challenging. However, it is one we can navigate together.
This path is not just about exploration but about confronting and moving beyond the barriers - both external and self-imposed - that might prevent you from fully accepting and celebrating who you are. Through our therapeutic journey, we’ll collaboratively explore and embrace your unique sexual identity, ensuring you feel recognised, understood, and valued.
-
I specialise in guiding individuals and couples through the complexities of relationships, offering support in key areas such as communication, boundary setting, conflict management, and reconciling diverse desires. My approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each relationship. I respect and affirm a variety of relationship choices, including those beyond traditional norms.
Whether you're navigating the challenges of ethical non-monogamy, seeking to deepen connections, or exploring alternative relationship dynamics, I'm here to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space. Together, we'll work towards fostering relationships that are authentic and reflective of who you truly are, empowering you and your partner(s) to build a fulfilling and resilient partnership.
-
If you're feeling overwhelmed by certain behaviours - including challenges related to chemsex, excessive porn consumption, uncontrollable fantasies, sex in general, or any compulsions recognised widely or less discussed - I'm here to help. Our focus will be on understanding what you truly desire and identifying any triggers. Together, we'll explore effective strategies to replace or manage these compulsions.
My approach is not about labelling you as ‘an addict' or demonising consensual behaviour. Instead, it's about empowering you to regain control over your life. We'll delve into your aspirations for sex, relationships, and life in general, working towards a balance that aligns with your true self.
-
In my practice, I celebrate and affirm the diversity of all identities, recognising the unique experiences and challenges individuals face within the LGBTQIA+ community. I understand that navigating life as an LGBTQIA+ person can come with its specific joys and challenges. I am dedicated to providing a supportive, safe, and affirming space for exploration, growth, and healing.
Whether you're seeking support with coming out, navigating relationship dynamics, undergoing gender transition, facing discrimination, or simply feel that you would benefit from seeing an LGBTQIA+ therapist, I am here to listen and to offer the tailored support you need.
-
Understanding and embracing your kink is a personal journey. Whether you are exploring what being kinky means to you, seeking to resolve any challenges, or looking to embrace your sexual passions fully, I provide a safe space for this exploration.
Recognising that each client’s desires and experiences are unique, I approach your preferences without judgement or pathologising. The world of sexual expression is vast and varied, and I am inclusive of those who partake in consensual yet unconventional sexual practices.
It’s a common misconception that those with kinky interests lead ‘unconventional’ lives. This stereotype can create internal conflicts about integrating these interests into a ‘normal’ life. Whether you’re struggling to reconcile your kinks with your personal or professional life or facing challenges in discussing these preferences within your relationship, I offer support in navigating these complexities.
Together, we can find ways for you to align your sexual desires with the life you aspire to live, free from fear of judgement or misunderstanding.
-
Navigating issues around sexual function, from painful intercourse and erection difficulties to challenges with orgasm or ejaculation, can feel like an isolating journey. This space exists to allow your struggles and concerns in this area to be met with understanding and compassion, offering support in an often misunderstood aspect of health.
Together, we may look at issues related to low desire, arousal, and infertility, as well as navigating sexual health-related conditions and the transitions of menopause. I recognise that these challenges are not just medical conditions but experiences that deeply affect individuals emotionally and psychologically.
-
I understand and respect the diverse experiences of those engaged in sex work and erotic labour, spanning various fields, including escorting, professional BDSM, webcam/phone sex, OnlyFans/JustForFans/Fansly and other content creation, studio work, and stripping. In recognising the broad spectrum of experiences - from positive and empowering to challenging and complex - I offer a non-judgemental, supportive environment tailored to your unique needs.
-
Struggling with self-esteem or confidence can profoundly affect your life, creating barriers to achieving your goals and finding happiness. In our sessions together, we'll embark on a journey to reconstruct your confidence from its very foundations. Acknowledging that every aspect of your identity can significantly impact how you view yourself, we'll take a holistic approach to confidence building.
Our goal is to cultivate a stronger, more self-assured you, ready to navigate all life's arenas.
If you're dealing with challenges not listed or want to start a conversation about how I can support you, please get in touch.
I'm here to help you navigate your path with empathy, expertise, and an open heart.

ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST
My name is Kalvin (MNCPS Accred and PG DIP), and I am the therapist at Sexuality Space. I am an accredited member of the NCPS (National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society) and adhere to their ethical guidelines.
My journey into understanding my own relationships, sexual identity, and authentic self has been a transformative experience. Having my own GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversities) therapist was a revelation and changed my life for the better. This eye-opening journey inspired me to retrain as a therapist after 20 years in the music industry.
I've seen first-hand the toll that unaddressed mental health issues can take, especially when fear and stigma prevent seeking help. My own growth and the profound impact of therapy led me to this path, where I can now extend that support to others.
With an integrated therapeutic approach, I draw from various models to suit each individual's unique needs. Holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling, I meet regularly with a clinical supervisor to refine my practice and maintain professional insurance.
My own experience has shown me how powerful and life-changing therapy can be. It's a privilege to share this journey with you, helping you discover and pursue your passions and forge a path towards a fulfilling and authentic life.
